ALL WORK SHOULD BE IN PLACE AND READY FOR JUDGING BEFORE 11:00 am.

DISPLAY
Exhibitor may bring their own display
Fencing will be available for framed art
Bring hardware for hanging your art
(S-hooks are suggested)

Exhibitors are responsible for their own sales
HCC Art Guild takes no commission
Artists are encouraged to demonstrate their talents by giving
demonstrations
Exhibitor refrain from bringing pets

All work entered in competition must be original and
not have won an award in any previous HCC Show

Purchase Award – The purchase of a painting by the Morgan County
Visitors Bureau in the amount of $500.00. Each year the MCVB will
choose a theme representing Morgan County and the piece will be
selected by a representative of the MCVB.

Artist must be 18 years of age or older at the time of the competition,
a member of the Howard Chandler Art Guild and set up at the HCC art
show. All works submitted to competition must be original belonging
exclusively to participating artist, and have never been published or
entered in other competitions. Entries will have attached to work the
exact location or theme referenced with in the Morgan County borders.

Artist will sign over all publishing rights to MCVB for promotional
purposes. Said painting will be used on promotional materials
representing Morgan County and also for products chosen by the MCVB.

50% of profits made from promotional products using awarded art work
will be given to the Howard Chandler Art Guild.

Theme: Front Porch to the Great Outdoors

Purchase Award – The 1st Morgan County Convention & Visitors Bureau
Purchase Award of $500.00 will be given to a  2-dimensional piece
that best represents the theme “Front Porch to the Great Outdoors”.

Participating artists must be 18 years of age or older at the time of
the competition, a member of the Howard Chandler Art Guild and set up
at the HCC art show. All works submitted to the competition must be
original, belong exclusively to participating artist and have never
been published or entered in other competitions. Entries will have
attached to work the exact location or theme referenced within the
Morgan County borders.
