The purpose of the Howard Chandler Christy Art Guild is to promote and support the heritage of
Howard Chandler Christy, youth arts education, local artists, and an annual art show.
The Art Guild meets on the third Thursday of the month, held at the Kate Love Simpson Library
in McConnelsville at 6:15 PM. Business meetings are held with some meetings to
include a program by an area artist. All are welcome!

Pat has spent most of her adult life in McConnelsville, Ohio. Rearing two children with her husband bill. Her only art training was through a correspondence course and with workshops with prominent artists sponsored by the southeastern watercolor society But most of her skill was learned through curiosity, observation and experimentation. Pat was inducted into the southeastern women’s hall of fame for her constant loyalty and support of the arts in southeastern Ohio. As a result of her dedication pats work has been on exhibited at such venues as;
